Tomorrow from 8.30 to 9.30pm, turn off your light and sit by candlelight with your pen and journal in hand. Take this time for yourself and in this hour write down your day's experiences, your reactions and your reflections of what it is to be without light (for only 1 hour!)

"Go beyond the hour". The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) is asking people to switch off for more than an hour this year. WWF also requests its fans to observe a minute to pray for those who lost loved ones and those who died in the Japanese calamity.
